Although our name suggests that we’re all about Chefs, we’re actually all about Hospitality & Catering people. We have a large Brigade of professionals, including Chefs, Cooks, Kitchen Hands, Canteen Assistants, Waiters, Supervisors, Bar Attendants & Baristas.
One of the largest challenges is having a team that can cover the broad range of culinary and dietary requirements our clients have. Different types of places require different skills – and placing a Fine Dining Chef in a canteen absolutely doesn’t work!
We match the skills, experience, temperament and location of our team with the expectations and requirements of our many and varied clients. And we’re pretty good at it!
