When things go wrong, it’s almost never between 9 and 5 on a week day! We started the company to make sure people could get hold of someone when they needed to speak with them. If that means early when someone fails to turn up or towards the end of the day when it looks like you’ll be short-staffed the next day, you need to know you’re covered.
