James has over 30 years hospitality experience as an executive chef, manager and leader. With extensive experience across all sectors, including aged care, event catering, education and large venues, he is driven by a commitment to understanding both our clients’ needs, and how best to look after our Brigade members.

We’re looking forward to seeing the impact that his passion for communication and attention to detail has on our Sydney operation.
