Simon started Chefs On The Run with business partner Stephen Scrogings in January 1990. He split his attentions between supporting the growth of the company and spending 35 years doing startup, turnaround & restructure work for clients locally and internationally.  Simon is a strategist, facilitator and lawyer, with extensive commercial experience and a great passion for the hospitality industry, small business and treating people with respect.
